The eagerly-anticipated Frye’s Famous Crab Cake Co. is getting closer to opening its new location in Ashburn – and now the team there has shared a look at their new Ashburn menu.
The line-up includes old favorites such as their jumbo lump crab cakes and secret recipe potato salad. Hush puppies are another fan favorite.
Frye’s is opening in the Ashburn Eats center on Waxpool Road. Since this new Frye’s location is larger and will include a small dining room, the Frye’s menu in Ashburn is also expanding.
Additions include fresh-battered fried chicken wings with Frye’s special sauce; fried shrimp; fried cod; and a new side – French fries.

Right now, the owners feel confident they will be ready to open before the end of May.
