Seafood fans, rejoice! The upcoming Frye’s Famous Crab Cake Co. has set a date for the soft opening at its new location in Ashburn. They’re aiming for Tuesday, May 20.
A soft opening means Frye’s will open its doors to guests quietly in order work out any kinks and give the staff an opportunity to fine tune the service.
Also of note, the Frye’s sign has just been installed over the entrance. So things are really starting to roll.
As regular readers know, Frye’s is expanding from its original location in Manassas with a new spot at the Ashburn Eats restaurant center off Waxpool Road.
That’s the same center with the Moe’s Southwest Grill, the Fire Guys, and the new Aura Indian Food Paradise.
The new Frye’s location will be larger than the original store and feature an expanded menu and an onsite dining room. We shared the menu with our readers just last week.
