It looks like Chase Bank is planning a new location in Loudoun County – this time in a new freestanding building at the One Loudoun center in Ashburn.
Chase will be taking over a space that is currently part of the extended parking lot near Trader Joe’s and the adjacent parking garage.
Plans call for a roughly 3,300 s.f. building to go up on the spot that sits at the edge of the parking lot near Loudoun County Parkway.
At one point, there were plans for a 40,000 s.f. retail and office building to go on the spot, but based on the Chase news, those plans appear to have changed.
Chase is the latest new tenant announced for One Loudoun. Others include Falafel Inc, Arhaus, Tatte Bakery & Cafe, Bartaco, Drybar, Van Leeuwen, Pottery Barn, and Williams-Sonoma.
