Loudoun County is getting a huge new Onelife Fitness center – and now, we’ve got a sneak peek at what it will look like and new details.
The Burn was the first media outlet to break the Onelife news two weeks ago. It’s coming to the Ashbrook Commons shopping center in Ashburn.
That’s the retail plaza near Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard with a Harris Teeter at one end and other businesses such as the new Rush Bowls and Qdoba Mexican Eats and the Rumble Boxing.
As we reported, the growing gym brand will take over the units that were previously home to a HomeGoods store and an AC Moore arts and crafts store.
All total, the Onelife will be even larger than we were first told. The new release of details says it will be roughly 55,000 s.f.

The project – valued at $10 million – will include strength and cardio training areas, turf training areas, an indoor saltwater pool, and group fitness classes such as Body Pump and Zumba.
They will also be offering a variety of additional amenities such as red light therapy, cold plunges, and saunas.
Onelife already has two other locations in Loudoun County – one in Brambleton in southern Ashburn and one in Sterling.
The brand is undergoing an expansion phase and currently has 70 fitness center open or in the works in multiple states in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S.
There will also be a Kids Club for children ages 3 months to 11 years old, featuring basketball, a gaming area, and a cinema – all so parents can focus on their wellness while their little ones are entertained.
Ashbrook Commons recently underwent a major physical makeover – new facades, new paint colors, new rooflines – all meant to modernize the appearance of the center.
And it has paid off with a string of fresh tenants announced. Besides the new Qdoba and Rush Bowls and the upcoming Onelife, The Burn recently broke the news that the center is also getting Virginia’s first Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Acaedmy.
