Tuesday, May 20, is the big day. Frye’s Famous Crab Cake Co. will open the doors of its new location in Loudoun County. And The Burn has a sneak peek inside.
As we’ve been reporting, the Manassas-based Frye’s is opening its second location at the Ashburn Eats restaurant center on Waxpool Road in Ashburn.
That’s by the Moe’s Southwest Grill, the Five Guys and the Santini’s New York Style Deli.
They’ve spruced up the space that was previously the Frito Chicken restaurant, adding lots of nautical and seaside decor.
And unlike their original location, this new spot has a small dining room for guests – although takeout and delivery are still expected to be major components of the business.
Frye’s likes to say they have the best crab cakes around. Starting Tuesday, Ashburn and Loudoun County diners can put that claim to the test.
