A new restaurant specializing in Salvadoran Honduran food is in the works for Loudoun County. It’s called Tio Pinche Bar & Grill.
Tio Pinche is coming to 22034 Shaw Road in Sterling. That’s just on the east side of Route 28 near the intersection with West Church Road.
It’s in the same retail center with the Buffalo Wing Factory restaurant and other businesses.
We’re told that Tio Pinche is taking over the space left vacant when the RiceBerry Market closed its doors earlier this year.
No details on the specific menu items yet – we’re told the focus is Salvadoran Honduran food with some other Latin American cuisines mixed in. The owners are hoping to open in early June if all goes smoothly.
