Way back in January 2023, The Burn told readers about plans for a new Peruvian ceviche restaurant in the works for Sterling. And then crickets for the next two years.
But now, the big moment has arrived. We’re told the Costa Verde Grill & Ceviche Bar is starting a soft opening this coming Thursday – June 5.
Paul Tomaselli – a local foodie and FOTB (friend of The Burn) – stopped by for a sneak preview event this weekend and shared these photos with us.
Costa Verde will open in the Town Center at Sterling shopping center off Route 7 at Dranesville Road.
The restaurant is the brainchild of chef and owner Archie Marquez, who is well known in the local Peruvian community for his authentic Peruvian cuisine.
