The community of Reston has Paris Baguette locations all around it – there’s one in Herndon, another in McLean, and another in Fairfax. And now, Reston will be getting its very own Paris Baguette.
The Burn has learned that a deal has been signed for a new location at the RTC Next development off Sunset Hills Road.
That’s the latest expansion of the Reston Town Center going up at the intersection of Sunset Hills and Town Center Parkway.
Paris Baguette will be taking a 3,150 s.f. space right across the street from the new AC Hotel/Residence Inn combo hotel that opened earlier this year.
No opening date is set yet – the deal was just signed – but the Paris Baguette team is hoping to be open by late this year.
Paris Baguette has been making an aggressive push into the 267/Route 7 corridor – with new locations opening relatively recently in Herndon and Ashburn, and two more in the works for Leesburg and Sterling.
RTC Next is the hot center in the Reston area right now. Other tenants announced include a new location of the popular Clarity restaurant, a new location of the Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House, and a new Toastique restaurant.
