A small Mexican restaurant chain from Maryland has moved into Virginian and opened its doors in Loudoun County – and The Burn has your first look inside.

Plaza Mexico has two locations in Frederick, Maryland. And this week, they quietly opened the doors at their new location at the Dulles Landing shopping center.
Dulles Landing is the large center off Loudoun County Parkway near the intersection with Route 50 that is home to a Walmart store, a Dick’s Sporting Goods, a TJ Maxx, and other retailers.

The Burn first broke the news about Plaza Mexico last September. The restaurant has taken over the space that was previously occupied by Coal Fire Pizza.
The menu at Plaza Mexico includes all the usual suspects – Chips & Guac, Taco Salad, Nachos, Pollo Adado, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos and more. You can see the full Plaza Mexico menu here.
