A new taco shop and bar coming to Loudoun County has unveiled the menu it will feature on opening day. We are talking about the aptly named The Taco Shop & Bar.
The Taco Shop & Bar is coming to a small retail center on Truro Parish Drive in Ashburn. It’s taking over the space vacated by Neighbors Sports Bar & Grill.
The new menu includes appetizers such as Asada Fries with steak, cheese sauce, pico, spicy crema, and guacamole; and Taquitos de Pavo made with duck.
A variety of tacos – including marinated pork, beer-battered shrimp, and charred octopus – will be served on hand-pressed heirloom corn tortillas. There are also fajitas, enchiladas, and more. You can see the full menu from The Taco Shop & Bar below.
The team at The Taco Shop tells us they are aiming for a late June opening.
