A new boutique fitness studio is coming to the Cascades Overlook shopping center in Sterling. It’s called KettleBox Fitness.
KettleBox is taking the roughly 2,500 s.f. space left vacant when a different fitness center called Shred 415 moved out.
KettleBox describes itself as a fitness studio focusing on “functional strength training plus boxing” via small group classes and personal training.
Based on the promotional images and the name, it appears kettle balls are also used in the classes at the gym.
KettleBox appears to be a start up brand. We don’t see any other locations mentioned anywhere besides the Sterling location.
Boxing studios are popular in the fitness world right now. Loudoun County has several other similar brands such as Rumble Boxing and Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, both in Ashburn.
