Pinstack makes it official, announces new Loudoun location

Pinstack, a large dining and entertainment venue based in Dallas, Texas, has officially announced they are planning their first east coast location in Loudoun County.

Of course, readers of The Burn have known about this for more than a year since we first broke the news in March 2024. And last week, we reported that building permits had been issued for a local Pinstack.

Pinstack has purchased a parcel of land at the Kincora property along Russell Branch Parkway. Kincora is a growing development with apartments and townhomes and future plans for retail and restaurants, museums, and more.

On the parcel, Pinstack will build its roughly 56,000 s.f. entertainment venue.

“Loudoun County continues to attract top-tier, forward-thinking brands, and we are thrilled to welcome Pinstack to the region,” said Buddy Rizer, Executive Director of Loudoun Economic Development, in the official press release. “Pinstack’s arrival adds to Loudoun’s vibrant entertainment landscape and reinforces Kincora’s identity as a premier destination for innovation and experience-driven attractions.”

As we’ve been reporting, Pinstack – which already has seven locations in Texas – will include a full-service restaurant, a full bar, bowling lanes, an arcade, a rock wall, and bumper cars.

Pinstack is aiming to be ready to open sometime in 2026.

The Pinstack news comes just months after county leaders helped break ground at Kincora for the new 70,000 s.f. Northern Virginia Science Center which is now under construction.
