The new Casa Tequila Bar & Grill location in Ashburn is ready to roll. The team there tells The Burn they will start a soft opening this Sunday, July 13.
A soft opening usually happens before a grand opening is scheduled and allows the new team of servers and bartenders and kitchen staff to polish up their skills on the restaurant’s systems.
As we’ve been reporting, Casa Tequila is opening in the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. It has taken over the spot that used to be Rock N’ Claws before that restaurant closed late last year.
The menu at Casa Tequila includes all your Mexican favorites – from nachos and tamales to carne asada, fish tacos, and steak burritos. You can see the restaurant’s full menu here.
Casa Tequila currently has four locations, including Sterling, Purcellville, Alexandria, and Lorton. Ashburn will be store No. 5.
