Dulles Town Center finds new tenant for former PF Chang’s space

It’s been five long years since the PF Chang’s restaurant closed at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall in Sterling. Five years since the giant horse statue was removed, leaving just its hooves behind.

Now, at long last, a new restaurant is moving into the building. It’s going to be the latest location for the Bourbon Boulevard steakhouse brand.

Bourbon Boulevard’s original location opened several years ago in the Chantilly Shopping Center off Willard Road in Chantilly.

Now, they are expanding with two new locations. One will be at the Dulles Town Center.

The other new Bourbon Boulevard will be in the District near 7th Street NW and E Street NW. It is apparently taking over the former District ChopHouse & Brewery space which closed last year.

The menu at Bourbon Boulevard includes appetizers such as Bourbon Baked Oysters, Wagyu Sliders, and Ibérico Pork Belly Bites.

They also offer a large selection of cheese and charcuterie, a long list of salads – and that steakhouse staple – French onion soup.

The steak lineup includes a Bison Ribeye, a New York Strip, a massive 40-ounce Wagyu Tomahawk, and many more cuts.

Side dishes on the menu include Fingerling Potatoes, Mac & Cheese with Lobster, Mushroom Risotto, and Chargrilled Broccolini. You can see the full Bourbon Boulevard menu here.

The new restaurant in Sterling is also expected to have a cigar room.

No official opening date has been set yet – construction is just getting underway – but we are told early September is the current target.
