A new hotel with not one by two restaurants onsite held its formal ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday. The Hotel Burg is ready for action.

Hundreds of local officials and interested area residents turned out for the big event before taking tours of the huge new venue.
Starting this Friday, August 1 – the hotel will start welcoming guests to its 39 rooms and suites. And a new restaurant called The Diana Lounge will begin service.
A second more formal restaurant called The Huntōn is expected to open on or around Friday, August 15. The Huntōn is being overseen by Jason Miller of The Wine Kitchen fame and Executive Chef Vincent Badiee.

Besides the hotel and restaurants, there is also a private club featuring a speakeasy lounge, co-working spaces, and a large private rooftop bar.
