A new fast-casual restaurant has opened its doors in Loudoun County. We’re talking about Falafel Inc at One Loudoun in Ashburn.
We knew the regional brand was looking for a new location in Loudoun and back in March, we confirmed the company had signed a lease for the spot that used to be The Meadow Frozen Custard shop.
That’s right on the main plaza next door to Nando’s Peri-Peri and & Pizza.
Falafel Inc was founded in 2017 in Georgetown and has now expanded around the DMV. This is the first location in Loudoun County.
The restaurant’s menu is exceedingly simple. Falafel – a Middle Eastern dish made with chickpeas, spices, and fresh herbs rolled into balls and fried – is served in a pita sandwich or a bowl with a variety of other ingredients and toppings.

Right now, the new Falafel Inc in Ashburn is in a soft opening phase.
They are still waiting on some signage and other fixtures to arrive, but they were eager to open their doors to customers. Once everything is in place, a grand opening will be planned.
