Ashburn could soon be getting its second Kokee Tea shop. That’s according to paperwork filed with Loudoun County.
Kokee Tea is reportedly working a new tea shop in the Ashbrook Commons shopping center. That’s the Harris Teeter-anchored center near the intersection of Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard.
The brand is planning on taking a roughly 1,000 s.f. space that used to be an Eye Level Learning Center. That spot is right next door to the Domino’s Pizza restaurant.
Kokee Tea is a fast-growing bubble tea chain serving up milk teas, fruit teas, cold cloud beverages, and more. You can see the Kokee menu here.
Loudoun County already has three Kokee Tea locations. There is one in Ashburn at the Goose Creek retail center off Sycolin Road at Belmont Ridge Road.
There is also one in the South Riding/Chantilly area of southern LoCo and another over in Sterling at the Town Center at Sterling shopping center.
The company has locations across the greater Washington region as well as around the southeastern United States and over to Texas.
