Machu Picchu Restobar sets opening date in Loudoun

Fans of Peruvian food will soon have a new restaurant to dine at for all their favorite dishes. We’re talking about the upcoming Machu Picchu Restobar.

As The Burn has been reporting, Machu Picchu is coming to the Ashbrook Commons shopping plaza just off Route 7 at Ashburn Village Boulevard.

It’s taken over the space left vacant when the Ashburn Village Inn moved out.

Now, the management team at Machu Picchu has told us that they are planning on opening on Wednesday, September 3.

The restaurant – which will feature traditional dishes such as Caldo de Gallina soup, Lomo Saltado, Milanesa de Pollo, and, of course, Pollo a la Brasa – will likely launch with non-alcoholic drinks while it awaits its VABC license. But fear not – a full bar is planned.
