Opening is imminent at new Corsica Wine Bar in Reston

Excitement is building for the debut of the new Corsica Wine Bar coming to the Reston Town Center. An opening is expected this week or next.

The Burn passed by during a staff training exercise where the new Corsica team was tasting wines on the patio. (That’s our kind of training!)

A precise opening date still wasn’t set, but a manager told us it’s a matter of days – perhaps late this week. Otherwise, next week if there are no hiccups.

The menu for the restaurant was posted outside to give passer-bys an idea of what’s in store.

The Burn was the first media outlet to break the news last year that Corsica was taking over the former Mon Ami Gabi space at the RTC.

The roughly 7,200 s.f. space has been given a makeover to match the esthetics of the burgeoning new brand.

Corsica Wine Bar is a sister restaurant to the uber-popular Barcelona Wine Bar – located just a block away at the Town Center.

There is one Corsica location so far in Denver. Reston will be the second.

We’ll keep an eye out for an official opening date announcement and let you know when the new restaurant opens its doors.
