A new fast casual style restaurant specializing in Honduran cuisine has announced its opening date in Loudoun County – and we are getting a first glimpse at the menu.
Tio Pinche Bar & Grill is opening at 22034 Shaw Road in Sterling. That’s just east of State Road 28 at West Church Road.
The Burn first told readers about Tio Pinche back in May.
Now, the team at the new eatery says they are planning on opening a week from today – on Friday, September 12. Doors open at 11 a.m.
While it doesn’t appear the Tio Pinche website is finalized yet, we’re also getting a first look at some of the dishes the restaurant will be serving.
Among those mentioned – Paella de Mariscos (Seafood Paella), Carmarones a la Diablo (Spicy Shrimp), and Chile en Nogada (Stuffed peppers baked with beef, pears, and pomegranate seeds).
It looks like they will also have a brunch and/or lunch menu plus a full cocktail bar offering mixed drinks such as the Margarita de Mango Picante (Spicy Mango Margarita). You can see more of the menu items at Tio Pinche here.
And while the focus may be on Honduran dishes, it looks like there will be some “pan-Latin American” cooking going on with dishes from other countries as well.
