A new Mexican restaurant has opened in Loudoun. It’s called Pakos Fresh Mex and you can find it in the food court at the Dulles Town Center mall.
The Burn first told readers about the plans for Pakos at the Sterling shopping center back in January.
The restaurant opened this weekend in the food court space that was previously occupied by the Popeyes fried chicken restaurant.
Items on the menu includes various tacos, quesadillas, pupusas, nachos, and more.
Besides the spot in Sterling, Pakos also operates food trucks in the DMV and the owners have another Mexican restaurant called El Texano Bar & Grill in Alexandria.
