The new Playa Bowls shops in Leesburg officially opened its doors today, Saturday, October 4 – bringing a new option for açai bowls and other healthy treats to the community.
Playa Bowls can be found in the Village at Leesburg center, right next door to Rita’s Italian Ice.
The Burn first told readers about the plans for the new shop back in March. The space – which used to be a Custom Ink customized apparel shop – has been under construction the past few months.
Balloons decorated the front of the store for the opening, and inside a huge menu with bowls, smoothies, juices, and more filled one wall.
Playa Bowls is a national brand with locations across the country, but this is the first one in Loudoun County. There is another one at the Reston Town Center as well as others elsewhere in Northern Virginia.
