Finally, a sign of progress to report in the long-awaited plans for a new Sushi Cho restaurant in Loudoun County. The sign was installed over the doorway of the new location today – Thursday, October 9.
Sushi Cho is coming to the Dulles 28 Centre, the shopping plaza near the Wegmans and Target stores off Pacific Boulevard in between Ashburn and Sterling.
It has taken over the space at the far end of the center that used to be the Cubasi Bistro, a Cuban fast-casual restaurant.
The Burn first reported on the Sushi Cho plans way back in the spring of 2024, so the sight of the sign being installed was a long time coming.
We took a peek inside the door and construction is well underway inside, but there is still more work to be done, so no guess as to when they will open.
