Get ready, Herndon. The eagerly awaited Chicken Salad Chick restaurant is just a month away from opening day.
The popular restaurant chain has announced that its latest Northern Virginia location will hold its grand opening on Tuesday, November 18.
The Burn first broke the news back in January that a new Chicken Salad Chick was headed to the Herndon Centre retail plaza off Elden Street.
The brand’s menu specializes in making 12 different signature chicken salads — both savory ones and sweet ones — that can be served in a sandwich, on a salad, or a la carte. You can check out the menu here.
Chicken Salad Chick, which is based in Georgia, has been expanding rapidly in Northern Virginia. The first location opened over in Falls Church, followed by another location on Highway 50 in Fairfax.
The Herndon store will be No. 3 locally, and as The Burn reported exclusively, a fourth location is in the works for Leesburg.
