A new restaurant specializing in Indian and Pakistani cuisine will open its doors this week in Ashburn. We’re talking about the new eatery called Spice Circle.
Spice Circle has taken over the building that used to be the Good Fortune Chinese restaurant on Truro Parish Drive in the Broadlands neighborhood. The address is 42864 Truro Parish Drive.
As we have been reporting, this is the second location for Spice Circle. The first one is over in Falls Church.
Some of the most popular dishes at Spice Circle include Aloo Paratha, a Beef Chapli Kabob, and Sesame Naan. You can see the restaurant’s full menu here.
The full name of the restaurant is Spice Circle Desi Tadka. If you are not familiar with the terms, “desi tadka” refers to a specific cooking style popular in India where spices are briefly fried in oil or ghee to heighten their flavors before being added to dishes.
