We told you they were coming and now it’s official. The growing Blazin Chicken & Gryo restaurant chain has locked in its first Loudoun County location.
And it is bringing a new dessert shop with it.
The Burn has learned that Blazin will be coming to Ashburn. It’s taking a roughly 3,200 s.f. space in the Ashburn Eats restaurant plaza off Waxpool Road.
That’s the same center with the Five Guys and the Moe’s Southwest Grill and the Santini’s New York Style Deli. Blazin is taking over the space that was previously Bawarchi Biyranis.
We first reported on the Blazin brand last year when they announced they were entering the Northern Virginia market.
The company has stores in New York and New Jersey, plus one in Falls Church and one in Fairfax.
In August, we reported that the company had zeroed in on a spot in Loudoun for a new store.
The menu at Blazin Chicken & Gyro specializes in just what you would expect – rice and meat platters, gyros, chicken wings, tenders, burgers, hero sandwiches, salads, and more. You can check out the full Blazin menu here.

But the Blazin team isn’t stopping there. Under the same roof, there will also be a Blazin Treatz dessert shop.
The Blazin Treatz menu includes crepes, bubble waffles, waffle sticks, milkshakes, brownie sundaes, bubble teas, and more. You can feast your eyes on the Blazin Treatz menu here.
