A new wellness center that focuses on cold plunge and infrared sauna experiences is in the works for Leesburg. It’s called SweatHouz.
According to documents from the landlord, SweatHouz has leased an approximately 2,100 s.f. space at the Marketplace at Potomac Station.
That’s the center off Battlefield Parkway NE with the Giant store, the First Watch restaurant, and the Best Buy store.
“Members enjoy 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with their own infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower. Relax by yourself or bring a friend,” the SweatHouz website reads.
SweatHouz is likely planning a 2026 opening in Leesburg. The brand also recently opened its new spot in Reston.
A similar wellness studio called MINDZERO has been in the works for the Village at Leesburg center for more than a year now. No word on its status at this time.
