Bruster’s Real Ice Cream locks in new Loudoun location

A new Bruster’s Real Ice Cream shop is in the works for Loudoun County – and it will have an interesting feature perfect for the region’s climate.

Bruster’s will be opening in the Cascades Overlook Town Center retail plaza in Sterling.

It’s taking the corner spot there that was previously home to the Qwench Juice Bar and DRNK Coffee Shop.

This new Bruster’s will feature an “inside patio” so guests can sit and enjoy their ice cream no matter the weather outside. There will also be a garage door wall that can be opened when the weather is nice.

Like the other Bruster’s locations in the area, the ordering and serving will happen at traditional ice cream shop windows.

“Bruster’s scoops over 24 fresh, rotating flavors made daily in our ice cream shops,” the brand boasts. “With 150 homemade ice cream flavors, including sherbets and sorbets, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.”

The local owners tell The Burn they are aiming to open the new shop sometime this coming spring.

Elsewhere in Loudoun, there are already Bruster’s stores in Ashburn, Leesburg, and the South Riding/Stone Ridge area. There are many more locations across Northern Virginia.
