Neuhaus chocolate shop opens its doors at One Loudoun

A new gourmet chocolate shop has officially opened for business at One Loudoun in Ashburn. We’re talking about the new Neuhaus store.

As The Burn first reported back in May, Neuhaus has moved into a roughly 600 s.f. space along Exchange Street in the center.

It’s tucked in between the LaserAway studio and the new Kendra Scott store.

Neuhaus dates back to 1857 and specializes in Belgian chocolates. It features all types and sizes of gift boxes filled with the sweets.

“For over 100 years, ever since Jean Neuhaus Jr. invented the Belgian praline in 1912, all Neuhaus chocolates have been made entirely in Belgium,” the company’s website reads. “Continuously overseen by our Maîtres Chocolatiers. It is our firm commitment to keep it that way.”

According to the website, this is only the second Neuhaus store for the brand in Northern Virginia. There is also one over at the Mosaic District in Fairfax.
