Report: Patrick’s Elegant Living coming to Dulles Town Center

A high-end furniture store intends to move into a vacant department store space at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall in Sterling. That’s per a report from the Washington Business Journal.

Patrick’s Elegant Living plans to take over the entire two floors of the former Nordstrom’s department store — a total of some 144,000 s.f.

Nordstrom’s closed at the mall back in 2017 and it has sat vacant ever since, except for a time when it was used as a mass vaccination site during the COVID pandemic.

Patrick’s has had several other locations in Northern Virginia, most recently at the Tysons Corner Center mall, according to the WBJ report, but the store relinquished that space in October.

Now, they reportedly have a deal to come to Loudoun County’s main mall, as long as all the proper permitting is approved.

The report says Patrick’s will open in the vast space in phases, and hopes to be ready to start welcoming customers as soon as later this month.
