The Horn family of Ashburn came out victorious when they appeared on ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight” reality TV program.
The Horns, who live in the Ashburn Village neighborhood, defeated two other families to claim the $50,000 prize in the nationwide contest.
The display at their home at 21260 Rosetta Place features tens of thousands of lights all moving in synchronization with special holiday music.
Because the Horn family lives on a street that ends in a cul-de-sac (i.e. a dead end), they are encouraging visitors who want to check out the light display to park on the nearby main road and walk down Rosetta Place to avoid traffic tie-ups.
