The much-loved Chipotle restaurant brand is apparently working on a new location in Loudoun County. That’s according to paperwork filed with the county.
The latest Chipotle is headed to the Brambleton neighborhood – in the Brambleton Town Center specifically.
Plans call for it to take over the 2,500 s.f. space that used to be the California Tortilla restaurant.
That’s on the Harris Teeter side of the shopping center, down near the Subway sandwich shop and the Peet’s Coffee.

When the Cali Tortilla there closed earlier this year, it marked the end for the regional brand that once had multiple outlets in Loudoun.
If our math is correct, this new store in Brambleton will be the tenth Chipotle in Loudoun County with two more in Ashburn, four in Sterling/Dulles, two in Leesburg, and one in Purcellville.
The building permit has just been issued for the construction on the new Chipotle, but no word yet on when it might open.
