A new Southern cuisine restaurant coming to Ashburn has announced its opening date. Of course, we’re talking about the much buzzed about Juleps Kentucky Tavern.
As The Burn has been reporting since June, Juleps is opening in the former Blackfinn Ameripub space at Loudoun Station off Shellhorn Road.
The sign was recently installed over the front door of the roughly 6,400 s.f space.
According to owner and operator Reese Gardner, Juleps will open next Wednesday, January 7 with hours from 11 a.m. to 12 midnight.
It will start brunch service on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11 opening at 10 a.m.

The menu at Juleps is focused on popular Southern style dishes – sometimes with a twist. It includes Onion & Ale Soup, Tallow Fries, Beer Brined Wings, Stuffed Trout, and a Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop.
The Juleps team has also posted their first specials menu on the front door – including $5 Burger & Fries on Tuesdays over the lunch hour.
You can see the final versions of the daily menu, brunch menu, and drinks menu below.
