Loudoun’s new Haraz Coffee House opening soon

The sign has gone up at the new Haraz Coffee House and the owner says he is hoping to be ready to open soon.

As The Burn first reported back in October, the growing coffee house chain has taken over the former Wells Fargo bank building in the Ashburn Farm Village Center in Ashburn.

We’re told the new spot – which has been given a major makeover inside – could be ready to open as soon as this month if all goes smoothly.

Haraz is a growing national brand with more than 30 locations open and dozens more in the works across the country. Locally, there is a Haraz Coffee House over in Fairfax.

Haraz is part of a trend we are seeing across Northern Virginia – the arrival of coffee shop brands with roots in the Middle East.

Haraz bills itself as a Yemeni coffee house. Meanwhile, the Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. has NoVa locations including one it opened in Sterling in September.

In Chantilly, the Dubai coffee shop Filli Cafe opened a location in July. Elsewhere, the Saudi Arabian coffee shop brand Shotted Specialty Coffee opened a spot at the Dulles Town Center in 2024 and has another one over in Tysons.
