A huge new co-working space is celebrating the grand opening of its second location in Loudoun County. We’re talking about the new Venture X in Brambleton.

Venture X has opened in the Bram Quarter center at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mill Road. That’s the same center with the Paris Baguette restaurant.
Located on the second floor with large windows overlooking the surrounding community, the 17,000 s.f. facility offers 85 private offices and five meeting rooms.
A co-working space offers private offices for many different businesses while sharing common spaces such as meeting rooms, a kitchen cafe area, a reception area, and more.

Venture X is a national brand with locations around the United States. Locally, the first Venture X in Loudoun opened in 2021 at One Loudoun in Ashburn.
“We frequently have a waitlist for our smaller offices at One Loudoun, so we decided to open a location close by that is complementary to the One Loudoun location and will provide more smaller offices as well as larger conference room spaces for meetings,” owner/operator Richie Parsons told The Burn.

Parsons and his wife, Charissa Parsons, own both Loudoun County locations as well as a Venture X location in Fairfax and another in Nashville.
A grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting for the new Brambleton Venture X will be held this coming Thursday, January 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. See info below.
