The signs have gone up at a new convenience store and gas station coming to the Broadlands neighborhood in Ashburn.
The store is called MYS Market and it’s being paired with a Shell gas station. The signs for both brands were installed recently.
The Burn has been reporting on the plans for the business located at 42870 Truro Parish Drive ever since the previous occupants – a 7-Eleven store and a Sunoco gas station closed.
Back in September 2025, we told readers how a new operator – MYS Energy – was coming in and reopening the store under their own nascent convenience store brand and bringing in the Shell gas brand.
While it looks like progress is being made with work crews on site and the new signage, no opening date has been announced yet.
