A Canadian restaurant chain expanding into the U.S. has opened its first Virginia location. It’s called Karahi Boys.
The new restaurant is located at the Nokes Plaza at Dulles Town Center in Sterling. That’s off Nokes Boulevard at Windmill Parc Drive.
The Burn first broke the news about Karahi Boys back in early 2025. It’s been under construction for months and today – Saturday, January 17 – the team there announced the doors are open.
Karahi Boys specializes in traditional Pakistani cuisine and features 100 percent halal meat.
The word “karahi” is a type of deep, round dish used for cooking in Pakistan and northern India.
Some of the house specialities at Karahi Boys include a Beef Behari Boti, a Chicken Haleem, and a Khara Keema, which is minced beef cooked in a karahi with fresh spices and tomatoes.
The menu includes appetizers, various karahi and BBQ dishes, naan breads, salads, and more. You can learn more about the Karahi Boys menu here.
According to the announcement, the restaurant’s hours will be 4 to 10 p.m. each day, except Tuesday when they’re closed. A grand opening celebration will be scheduled soon.
