Drivers along the northern end of State Road 28 near the intersection with Route 7 in Loudoun County have likely seen a building with a distinct triangular-shaped tower going up on the west side of the roadway.
That’s the new Pinstack entertainment venue under construction at the Kincora development along Russell Branch Parkway which runs right along SR 28.
Pinstack will be a 56,000 s.f. venue featuring an interactive arcade, bowling lanes, bumper cards, rock climbing, a full-service American-style restaurant and a full bar.
Longtime readers may recall that The Burn first broke the news about plans for a Pinstack nearly two years ago. The news was confirmed last summer – more than a year after we first reported about it.

Now, construction on the huge facility has reached the point that passers-by are starting to notice it.

We reached out to the Pinstack HQ, which is based in Texas, and they told us right now they are aiming for a Q2 2026 opening – so if things go smoothly, look for the local venue to come online sometime in the April-May-June range.
The Pinstack in Loudoun County will be the first one to open outside of the Lone Star state where there are currently seven Pinstacks, according to the company website.
