A new Indian restaurant coming to Ashburn has announced the date of its soft opening – but the announcement is for only half of this unique establishment.
As The Burn has been reporting, the restaurant is called Amrut and it’s coming to the Brambleton Corner Plaza retail center. That’s at the corner of Northstar Boulevard and Evergreen Mill Road.
Amrut is actually two separate restaurants under one roof. One will be a fast-casual eatery offering quick dishes for dine-in or carry-out.
The other half of Amrut will be a full-service sit-down style restaurant.
The fast-casual side of Amrut will be launching first. The soft opening will start next Monday, February 2.
“Our cafe will be open and serving South Indian breakfast and fresh, hot pizzas,” a post on social media reads. “Drop in for a cozy start to your day or a quick bite anytime.”
Amrut is coming from the same restaurant group that owns the Biryani Grill locations in Ashburn, Stone Ridge, and elsewhere.
