UPDATE Feb. 7, 2026 – The All American Steakhouse in Ashburn has reopened. See our report here.
=====
There’s apparently some trouble brewing over at the All American Steakhouse in Ashburn, where the doors are locked tonight, the lights are off, and a notice on the door says the landlord has taken over the space.
The shocking news started spreading Thursday evening as folks headed to the restaurant in the Broadlands Village Center for dinner or after work drinks.
“Please take notice that landlord deems the lease terminated without the possibility of restoration or continued legal occupancy,” the letter affixed to the front door reads.
It goes on to say the tenant (the Steakhouse) needs to make arrangements to remove all its personal property from the unit by a week from today – February 12 – or the property will be considered abandoned and the landlord will dispose of it.
The Burn stopped by just to confirm the news with our own eyes. Standing outside on the sidewalk, we could hear the phone inside at the host stand ringing off the hook.

Meanwhile, it seems whatever has happened was sudden. Just this morning, the Steakhouse was promoting its Valentine’s Day dinner specials on social media.
All American Steakhouse is a chain. According to its website, there are six locations in Maryland, three in Virginia, and one in Arkansas.
We called the other two Virginia locations and a manager at one of them told us that the Ashburn location was dealing with an issue with the landlord and hoped to reopen quickly.
We have a message in to a rep for the landlord for more information. Stay tuned.
