We aren’t sure when the doors closed for the final time, but the Lima de Veras Peruvian Restobar restaurant in Sterling has also apparently run afoul of its landlord, forcing it to close.

A notice on the front door reads: “No Trespassing. This space has been redeemed by the landlord. Lease Default.”
The Burn just reported on Thursday that the All American Steakhouse in Ashburn was closed due to some apparent violation of its lease. Exactly what happened hasn’t been publicly revealed, but we’re hearing the Steakhouse is expected to eventually reopen.
It looks less likely that Lima de Veras is coming back.
It’s Google listing says it is “permanently closed” and we’ve learned that the owners of the kabob restaurant next door are opening a second concept and taking at least some of the Lima de Veras space. See that report here.
Lima de Veras opened to much hoopla back in 2021, bringing a full-service Peruvian restaurant along with music and dancing to the Parc City Center off Route 7.
