Leesburg chicken restaurant gets a new name

A restaurant name change to report to you this morning – a Leesburg chicken joint has a new moniker, but everything else has reportedly stayed the same.

We’re talking about the restaurant that was known as Wishbone Rotisserie, located in the Shoppes at Kings Corner at King Street and Catoctin Circle SE.

The owners have decided to go with a new name – the restaurant is now known simply as The Pollo Rotisserie Chicken.

Pollo is, of course, the Spanish word for Chicken.

The restaurant specializes in Peruvian rotisserie-style chicken as well as other Peruvian dishes such as Lomo Saltido, Bisteck a la Pobre, and Chaufa Rice.

Employees at the restaurant told us the ownership is still the same and the menu is still the same – so this is mostly just a “brand update” as we see restaurants do sometimes.
