The newest phase of shopping and restaurants at One Loudoun is moving along at a healthy clip. And now, the first store signage has been installed.
The signs for Loudoun County’s upcoming Arhaus store went up this week.
The high-end furniture store is just one of multiple retailers signed on for the expansion of One Loudoun.
Others include a Tatte Bakery & Cafe, an Alo Yoga athleticwear store, a Van Leeuwen Ice Cream shop, a Pottery Barn, a Williams Sonoma store, and the much-anticipated Bartaco restaurant.
The construction on the Bartaco building is nearly complete and the work inside to give it the fixtures, furniture, and decor of the brand is reportedly getting ready to start.

You can also see the future ice skating rink that will become a regular winter feature on the small park in front of Bartaco.
We’re still waiting on news about when the first stores and restaurants in this new section will begin to open.
There are also quite a few additional spaces yet to build and lease out, so stay tuned for more announcements from One Loudoun.
