Brazza Steaks on Stakes closes for good in Sterling

A restaurant in Sterling known for its Venezuelan food – including steaks roasted on spits over a flame – has closed its doors for good.

We’re talking about Brazza Steaks on Stakes, which was located in the Clock Tower Center off Route 7.

“We have reached the end of our five-year Venezuelan culinary journey,” the Brazza team posted to social media. “We are deeply grateful to the community that has supported us throughout these years. This decision comes with a heavy heart as we try to navigate these difficult times.”

It ends with: “We don’t know what’s next for us, but please keep us in your prayers and in your memories.”

Brazza first opened nearly five years ago – in April 2021.

Now, the sign has been removed from the exterior and the 2,500 s.f. space sits vacant awaiting a future tenant to move in.
