One Loudoun lands an Anthropologie store

Another major new retailer is planning to open a large store at the One Loudoun center in Ashburn.

The Burn has learned that an Athropologie store is in the works for a roughly 7,500 s.f. corner unit on Exchange Street in the center.

Based on the information we’ve gathered, it will be located next door to the Lululemon store and across the street from the new Kendra Scott boutique.

Anthropologie is an international retailer that specializes in “women’s clothing, accessories, home décor, furniture, gifts and more,” according to the brand’s website.

This will be the first Athropologie store in Loudoun County. Currently, the next nearest locations are in Reston and Fairfax.

No word on when the new One Loudoun store will open, but it will join a slew of other retailers coming to the center in 2026 and 2027.

This includes Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Alo, and Arhaus as well as new restaurants such as Tatté Bakery & Cafe, Bartaco, and Van Leeuwen ice cream.
