A new retail center is in the works for Loudoun County – and now we know the first of several new businesses that will be moving in.
The Burn has learned that Haraz Coffee House will be one of the tenants taking a space in the center going up at 43341 Defender Drive in South Riding.
That’s on the parcel of land just to the east of the Taco Bell restaurant.
The center, when complete, will be roughly 11,200 s.f. and have room for a planned seven new shops and businesses.
Haraz Coffee House will be taking a roughly 2,500 s.f. end unit in the center.
As regular readers know, Haraz is a fast growing brand that just recently opened its first location in Loudoun County. That outlet in Ashburn opened in early February.
Specializing in Yemeni coffee and flavors, Haraz got its start in Michigan in 2021. It has now expanded to dozens of locations across the country.
