Not sure when it happened – but the Kung Fu Tea boba tea shop at the Dulles Landing shopping center in Loudoun County has apparently closed.
The Google listing says “temporarily closed” – but we are guessing it’s more likely permanent.
That’s because the landlord is actively trying to find a new tenant for the space and the store has been removed from the national list of Kung Fu Tea locations.
Kung Fu Tea originally opened at Dulles Landing in a 1,370 s.f. space back in 2023, as reported here on The Burn.
Last we checked, the international brand still has several other locations in the immediate area including one at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall and one in the Ashburn Village neighborhood.
Another location at the Loudoun Station center in Ashburn closed in late 2024 and a planned Kung Fu Tea for the Lansdowne community has never opened.
