The new Inju Korean BBQ restaurant in Loudoun County is quickly taking shape and now we have a clue as to when opening day will be.
The team at Inju told The Burn they are roughly three weeks or so away from opening, as long as everything goes smoothly with the final preparations and inspections.
The Burn first told readers about Inju coming to the Cascades Marketplace shopping center last May.
That’s the Sterling center that has been getting all kinds of new restaurants and businesses – Taco Bamba, Paris Baguette, Brasserie Royale, and CHIKO, to name a few.
Inju has taken over the space that was previously the Señor Tequila’s Mexican restaurant. That eatery closed in 2020.
Inju already has a location in Annapolis, Maryland and the Sterling spot will be its second.

As with many Korean BBQ restaurants, each table at Inju comes with its own grill at the table where various meats are cooked right in front of the guests.
You can see Inju’s Annapolis menu here, but we are told the Sterling one will have some different options that are still being finalized.
