The newest Bruster’s Real Ice Cream shop coming to Loudoun County is making quick progress. The signs were installed Friday and now we have a rough target for opening.
As we reported back in November, the latest location for Bruster’s is in the Cascades Overlook retail center in Sterling.
That’s the same center with a Harris Teeter grocery store, a Cava, and the former Chuy’s Tex Mex Restaurant. Bruster’s took over the space vacated by the Qwench Juice Bar and DRNK Coffee Shop.
A sign up on the front door says they are targeting an April opening – right around the corner. We spoke with the owners and they confirmed they are on track to open in a few weeks.

This will be the fourth Bruster’s Real Ice Cream shop in Loudoun County. The local team already has stores in Ashburn, Leesburg, and in Stone Ridge in the South Riding area.
The brand is known for its ever-changing lineup of flavors and for making its ice cream fresh in-house each day.
