(UPDATED) It’s been nearly six years since the PF Chang’s restaurant closed at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall in Loudoun County – and finally a new tenant is ready to open in the long vacant space.
Bourbon Boulevard Steakhouse has announced that it will open its doors at the mall next Wednesday, April 8.
The Burn first broke the news last summer that Bourbon Boulevard would be moving into the building that sits on the mall’s north side next door to The Cheesecake Factory.
The brand, which already has a location in Chantilly, specializes in high end steaks. However, the new Sterling location will be a twist on what they’ve done in Chantilly.
They are calling the Dulles Town Center location Bourbon Boulevard Reserve. It is being touted as “a French brasserie with Japanese fusion.”

The menu at the new location features a huge cheese & charcuterie menu including several local cheeses made in Loudoun County.
Appetizers include Beef Carpaccio, Roasted Bone Marrow, Dashi Grilled Oysters, and Candied Slab Bacon.
The steak and entrees menu is extensive including several cuts of Japanese A5 Wagyu, as well as a New York Strip, a Filet Mignon, and a Bison Ribeye.
And that’s just scratching the surface. You can see the full Bourbon Boulevard Reserve Steakhouse menu here.
